Peach 's

Exercising Activities

When Peach feels anxious, it’s like having a swarm of buzzing bees in her head, making it hard to focus or feel calm. Her heart races, her stomach feels funny, and her thoughts spiral into endless "what ifs." But exercise can help! When we exercise, we manage our anxiety in a healthy way. When Peach runs, jumps, or plays, her body sends out “happy chemicals” like little cheerleaders, giving her worries a rest, making her feel better and more relaxed. Plus, it helps her sleep better, so she wakes up every morning ready to conquer the day.

So whether you’re running like a cheetah, dancing like a robot, or stretching like a sleepy cat, moving your body helps shake out the nervous wiggles and makes your brain say, “Hey, I feel pretty good!” It’s like giving your feelings a little dance party!
