Affirmation Activities

Mel is a passionate Squidget who sometimes struggles with anger, but he’s learned to help manage it with daily affirmations. Mel shows us that with patience and practice, even the most intense emotions can be turned into moments of growth and strength. When we repeat uplifting statements like "my feelings matter" or "I can handle challenges," we train our brains to think positively and manage our emotions better. Writing them down can even make the messages stronger and when we practice them everyday, we turn that self-belief into a habit.
